Relax and replenish body, mind and spirit. Time and space to enjoy powerful practices in inspirational surroundings.

Hosted by local teacher Lauren and with special guest teachers sharing an exciting range of holistic practices. Some days include invigorating outdoor practice (weather permitting) and short or longer mindfulness walks.

Set in wonderful community spaces around Dartmoor. All events include delicious, nutritious plant-based food and drink, plus time to chat, ask questions, to rest and restore your energy.

Small, friendly groups, everybody is welcome. Join on your own or enjoy a special day along with friends or family.
